On January 20, 2024, Pluto changed signs from Capricorn, where it's been since 2008, into Aquarius. It went Retrograde for a while in 2024, back into Capricorn. But as of November 19, 2024, it shifted into Aquarius where it will stay all the way until 2043.

And it may finally be feeling like that change is either settled (you're sticking with that career change) or it's time for another new path (probably related to Aquarius–stay tuned, that's covered below).
